Refund Policy

Refunds, Cancellations & Non-Attendance Policy

  1. General Terms

  2. All bookings, ticket purchases, and Event reservations made with GRIT Paranormal Investigations (“GRIT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are subject to the following terms and conditions relating to cancellations, refunds, and non-attendance. By purchasing a ticket or confirming a booking, the participant acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by this policy.

  3. Participant Cancellations

  4. a. Any cancellation made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled Event start time shall be deemed non-refundable.

  5. b. Cancellations submitted more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Event may be considered for a partial refund at the sole discretion of GRIT Paranormal Investigations. Any approved refund shall exclude all deposits previously paid.

  6. c. Deposits paid to secure Event dates, venue hire, private investigations, or ticket reservations are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  7. d. No refund shall be considered valid or approved unless the cancellation request has been acknowledged and confirmed in writing by GRIT Paranormal Investigations.

  8. Non-Attendance (“No-Show”)

  9. Failure to attend an Event without prior written cancellation, or failure to arrive in sufficient time to reasonably participate in the Event, shall constitute a “no-show.” In such circumstances, no refund, transfer, credit, or rescheduling entitlement shall apply.

  10. Cancellation by GRIT Paranormal Investigations

  11. a. In the unlikely event that GRIT Paranormal Investigations cancels an Event in its entirety, participants may be entitled to a refund of monies paid, excluding any non-refundable deposit where applicable.

  12. b. GRIT Paranormal Investigations accepts no liability for consequential or incidental losses arising from cancellation, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of earnings, subsistence expenses, or other third-party charges incurred by participants.

  13. Refund Processing

  14. All approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refund processing times may vary depending upon banking institutions and payment service providers.

  15. Transfer of Bookings

  16. Requests to transfer tickets or Event bookings to another individual may be considered solely at the discretion of GRIT Paranormal Investigations. Any such request must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the commencement of the Event.

  17. Amendments

  18. GRIT Paranormal Investigations reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refunds, Cancellations & Non-Attendance Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in force at the time the booking was made shall apply to that booking.
