Refund Policy

General
All bookings made with GRIT Paranormal Investigations (“GRIT”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms. By purchasing a ticket or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Cancellations by the Participant
a. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled event start time are non-refundable.
b. Cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed and more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event will be eligible for a refund less a £10 administration fee, unless the full ticket price is successfully resold to another participant, in which case a full refund will be issued.
c. Refunds are not guaranteed until written confirmation of cancellation has been acknowledged by GRIT Paranormal Investigations.

Non-Attendance (No-Shows)
Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation, or arrival too late to participate (“no-show”), will result in no refund, credit, or rescheduling under any circumstances.

Cancellations by GRIT Paranormal Investigations
a. In the unlikely event that GRIT Paranormal Investigations cancels an event in its entirety, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
b. GRIT Paranormal Investigations shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or subsistence expenses.

Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Transfer of Bookings
Ticket transfers may be permitted at the discretion of GRIT Paranormal Investigations. Any request to transfer a booking must be submitted in writing and approved prior to the event.

Amendments
GRIT Paranormal Investigations reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.
